Host Your Event at Our Community Room

All Renters must be sponsored by a current support member in good standing of Duanesburg Ambulance

The Duanesburg Ambulance Community Room is available for rent for private and community events. Whether you’re hosting a family gathering, meeting, or celebration, our facility offers a comfortable and convenient space.

How to Reserve:

To reserve the hall, please complete and submit the Community Room Rental Agreement.

Rental Information:

Location: 130 Cole Road, Delanson, NY 12053

Rental Fee: $150 per day

Kitchen Use (Optional): Additional $100 per day

Reservation/Cleaning Deposit: $50 (refundable upon satisfactory post-event inspection)

Capacity: Up to 99 people

Key Policies:

Deposit & Payment: All fees must be paid in full at least one week before the event.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least three weeks in advance to receive a full refund. Late cancellations incur a $50 fee.

Alcohol Policy: No alcohol is permitted on the premises.

Noise & Curfew:

• Friday & Saturday: Music must stop by 11:00 PM, event must end by midnight.

• Sunday–Thursday: Music must stop by 10:00 PM, event must end by 11:00 PM.

Parking: Guests must park in designated areas. No parking in ambulance bays or on grass.
